A step-by-step redundancy support programme is available to guide and coach managers through the process from beginning to end with all relevant documentation and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. An additional support package also exists for those employees going through the redundancy process themselves and we provide help with preparation of CV's, job applications and interview techniques.
