Aidan Hughes
Aidan has over 15 years experience in the Learning and Development field. After qualifying as a college lecturer with a PGCE from the University of Greenwich Aidan spent two years as a Lecturer in Business at The Henley College delivering a range of business courses including HND. Since then he has held various posts with organisations including the Police, Local Authorities and Private Healthcare. All of these posts have involved the design and delivery of leadership and management related learning some of which has been accredited with the Institute of Leadership and Management and BTEC. All of the programmes have been developed with the needs of the learners and the organisation being the most important consideration.
Aidan’s strongest area is undoubtedly the facilitation of Leadership and Management programmes and it is an area that he is passionate about. Aidan has been involved in the design and implementation of several Learning and Development strategies and has also been involved in managing several Investor in People accreditations and re-accreditations.
In terms of his own professional development Aidan has completed several post graduate qualifications culminating in a Masters Degree in Management Learning and Leadership from Lancaster University. Aidan is a Member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI)
