Cherry McGregor
Cherry has over 25 years’ training and development experience operating at a senior management level in organisations such as ‘blue chip’ financial services companies, estate agencies and two local authorities.
Cherry’s background in a variety of organisations has given her a wealth of experience of different cultural issues and equipped her with a wide range of learning tools and techniques. These include development in areas such as leadership and management, team development and the writing and delivery of training courses covering topics such as time management assertiveness, negotiation and delegation.
She has recently worked on a number of leadership programmes.
Cherry uses her knowledge and skills to build rapport and maintain positive working relationships with individuals. She uses her unique insights into human behaviour to quickly get to the heart of issues and helps to train and coach individuals in an understanding and empathic manner.
