David Armory
David has worked in the engineering/manufacturing, leisure, retail and education/training sectors up to and including Chief Executive Level, giving him extensive knowledge and experience and insight into business and management issues that he happily shares with others.
Over recent years, he has used his practical skills, experience, insight and knowledge to support companies and individuals achieve significant success.
Some of David recent projects, from SME’s to multi-national blue chip companies, include taking an SME from Administration and loss to profit and growth in just five short months. Another was writing a training programme to meet the needs of engineers whose people management skills were in need of development. He is currently completing a programme for a group of 10 managers from one company where without any previous management training all are now helping their organisation improve quality of service, motivate staff to new levels of productivity and meet stringent national standards in the Health sector. David enjoys using his experience to ensure clients maximise success, as they measure it.
