Paul Harding
Paul has over 28 years experience in Further Education as both a facilitator and assessor in management and marketing related subjects; these include development in areas such as motivation, leadership, team development and preparation of marketing plans for small to medium sized businesses.
Prior to his further education career Paul worked for British Oxygen as a key Account Manager.
Paul also has substantial experience in the writing and delivery of leadership programmes and workshops at all levels; and prides himself on his ability to not only emphasise with candidates but deliver bespoke and meaningful training and development.
An absolute priority for Paul is that he not only builds a rapport with candidates but ensures they enjoy their training and development and his style is very pragmatic and candidate centred; “it is vital that in today’s challenging world that those who have given up their valuable time must be able to see that their development is relevant and will lead to continued success”.
As a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and Member of the Chartered Management Institute Paul takes an active interest in all forms of leadership and management and has recently delivered a series of workshops to leading organisations.
