Sam Patterson
Sam is experienced in analysing training needs and tailoring the training initiative to the needs of the organisation in order to deliver tangible organisational benefits. She has developed a practical style that engages, challenges and supports individuals and organisations and encourages sustainable changes to behaviour and she won a National Training Award for a programme she designed and delivered.
Sam has delivered ILM programmes at Levels 2,3,4 and 5 for several years. Her practical experience is underpinned by a sound theoretical base developed over the years and consolidated by her Masters dissertation which focused on Leadership and Change witin organisations.
