Steve Ellis
Steve Ellis has 30 years of working experience since studying Civil Engineering at Sheffield Hallam University and is a member of the Institute of Personnel and Development and a certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming. In 1975 he joined Northern Foods working in various roles through the engineering, commercial and ultimately human resources functions. His last ten years at Northern Foods (1985-95) were spent within the training function with his final position being the Training and Recruitment Manager. He left full time employment in 1995 to establish his own training consultancy.
Since 1995 Steve has been designing and delivering training programmes to a portfolio of clients from all areas of commerce, industry, banking and accounting. These include major international public companies, national association bodies, government bodies, investment banks and firms of accountants. His training programmes are run both in-house and through open courses. He has worked extensively abroad as well as in the UK.
Steve has worked in Dubai, USA, Pakistan and throughout Europe.
Steve specialises in delivering soft “people skills” training in areas such as communications, negotiation skills, coaching skills, assertive communications, effective interviewing, and presentation skills.
